Job description

Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage mix use residential construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout and turnover. The ideal candidate will manage procurement, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, construction administration, and project execution while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through construction, closeout, and final turnover.
  • Coordinate subcontractor procurement, contract buyouts, and project budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and procurement milestones.
  • Review construction documents, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Lead coordination with consultants, subcontractors, site management, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate permit requests, assist in inspections, utility installations, and project closeout documentation.
  • Maintain accurate project records and reporting using project management software (Asana, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in multifamily or commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and project management software. Auto-cad & revit is a good to have.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
