Additionally, you will serve as the programmatic lead for our Risk Management Program, establishing methodologies to identify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, and cost risks across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining complex system architectures using MBSE methodologies
  • Authoring behavioral, structural, and parametric models within Cameo Systems Modeler (No Magic/MagicDraw) utilizing SysML
  • Collaborating with facilities, structural, and hardware teams to integrate system models with spatial/BIM models in Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and physical layouts
  • Developing scripts, schemas, or ontologies to bridge data gaps between Cameo (SysML) and Revit/AutoCAD (BIM/CAD) for seamless configuration management
  • Eliciting, deriving, and tracing requirements from high-level stakeholder needs down to component-level specifications within the digital model
  • Establishing, maturing, and enforcing the project's Risk Management Plan (RMP)
  • Leading cross-functional Risk Management Boards (RMBs) to proactively identify technical, programmatic, schedule, and cost risks
  • Partnering with project managers and technical leads to develop, track, and execute actionable risk mitigation strategies and burn-down plans
  • Maintaining the program Risk Register and utilize quantitative/qualitative risk analysis tools (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, FMEA/FMECA) to report risk postures to executive leadership
  • Mentoring junior and mid-level systems engineers in MBSE best practices and Risk Management methodologies
  • Leading technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and present system architectures and risk profiles to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting & assisting project scheduling duties as required
  • Performing, verifying and integrating updates into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Facilitating communication by synthesizing IMS data into clear, actionable briefings and performance metrics for senior leadership and key stakeholdersย
