American Residential Services (ARS), the nation's largest provider of residential heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services, is seeking a Supervisor to support our Retail Alliance Lead Generation Program in the greater Boston market.


Working closely with both the Retail Program Manager and HVAC Sales Manager, this role is responsible for helping drive lead generation performance, coaching Retail Sales Associates (RSAs), building strong relationships with retail partners, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. In addition, this position will assist with supporting the outside sales team to ensure strong performance, accountability, and customer coverage seven days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging leader looking to grow their career within a national organization.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do

  • Assist the Retail Program Manager in leading and developing the Retail Alliance Lead Generation team

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching of Retail Sales Associates (RSAs)

  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation KPIs and performance metrics

  • Spend time in the field supporting RSAs and building relationships with retail store management

  • Conduct team meetings, ride-alongs, and performance coaching sessions

  • Monitor productivity and provide feedback to improve results and customer engagement

  • Support staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage across retail locations

  • Coordinate and execute store events and promotional activities

  • Communicate performance updates and operational needs to retail partners

  • Promote a positive team culture focused on accountability, customer service, and results

  • Partner with the HVAC Sales Manager to support the success of the outside sales team

  • Assist with sales coaching, KPI tracking, and performance initiatives designed to improve close rates and overall results

  • Help ensure adequate sales coverage and customer support seven days per week

  • Foster collaboration between the Retail Alliance and Sales teams to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction


Qualifications
What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience preferred

  • Retail, sales, customer service, or lead generation experience required

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to motivate others and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends as business needs require

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between retail locations throughout the Boston market

  • Related experience, advanced training, or equivalent education may be considered
