Summary
Hamrick's is seeking an experience Retail Assistant Store Manager in Easley, SC. This full-time leadership role supports store operations, drives sales performance, and supervises team members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
  • Model and Drive Superior Service.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities. Follow-up on results. Provide direction and guidance.
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with associates, customers, and corporate officials in person, by phone, or electronic communication.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new employees.
  • Evaluate current employees' performance; coach, provide feedback, development, and corrective action when needed.
  • Merchandise the sales floor; maintain standards for presentation, signage, and product lifecycle.
  • Utilize company tools and reports to deliver results.
  • Partner with Loss Prevention to reduce loss.
  • Motivate associates and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver results in all areas of the store.
  • Assist team members in other areas as directed by supervisor or management.

Qualifications
  • Must have 2+ years of managing retail apparel, shoes, and home décor.
