Hiring for a Store Manager with a growing discount retail company in Stockton!

We're looking for an energetic, hands-on leader who enjoys motivating teams, delivering excellent customer service, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you're currently a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Supervisor, Retail Supervisor, or Operations Supervisor looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a fast-paced retail environment with constantly changing merchandise, so every day is different. We're looking for someone who leads by example, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a team.

Location: Stockton, CA

Pay: $20.00 to $24.00/hourly

Schedule

  • Friday – Tuesday
  • 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support daily store operations
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Help manage inventory, merchandising, and store organization
  • Monitor performance and help drive results
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Supervisor, Department Supervisor, Shift Manager, or Warehouse/Operations Supervisor
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
