Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager in Austin, TX! Candidates must have management experience and be available for travel.


Job Description & Duties: 

This role has full leadership responsibility for all retail products marketing, product management, and strategy, and will focus on growing product brands and image through innovative and aggressive marketing strategies.


KEY DELIVERABLES: 

Generation of new revenue growth with future customers, retention of existing customers and introduction of new product and channels for continued growth within the retail jewelry division. Assist the National VP of Sales to develop a coherent and flexible business development strategy that delivers on-target business growth.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Strategy Development and Execution
  • Develop and implement long-term strategy for the retail business including partnering with cross-functional peers to develop tactics to execute this strategy
  • Provide strategic vision and guidance regarding retail business to ensure performance against current objectives without sacrificing future growth
  • Identify retail opportunity areas and build strategic plans to capitalize on those opportunities
  • Direct the planning, development and execution of strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Create Annual Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures including input to distribution strategy & product roadmap.
  • Create Brand Strategic Positioning including brand vision, consumer target, distribution strategy, brand extensions, communication plans.
  • Marketing/Brand Management
