Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking individuals to fill the position of Retail Store Manager.

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our retail store, ensuring both operational efficiency and a high standard of customer service. This position ideal for someone who thrives on creating systems, improving workflows, and driving measurable results. General Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage, direct and lead the operation of the retail store to achieve budgeted revenue, expense and net profit by implementing Goodwill Industries policies and procedures. Able to supervise and schedule all truck driver duties, donation processing, stock duties, merchandising and displaying, cashiering and customer service at the retail location. Responsibilities also include: sorting donations, hanging clothing, pricing/displaying merchandise, providing customer service, running the register, working on the sales floor, performing custodial services, and loading and unloading truck as needed.
