Job description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the development of Kohl’s Media Network (KMN) onsite and offsite tactical media plans in partnership with both internal and external partners

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with KMN Sales team to identify new client opportunities and deliver holistic media recommendations to clients with rationale rooted in data and story-telling

  • Complete Go-to-market (GTM) process, utilizing Sales and Client knowledge and media expertise to develop tactical media recommendations for clients including allocation of budget across ad products, recommending and building audiences, and flighting strategy

  • Manage budget allocation across recommended tactics and flighting that align to the client and enterprise revenue goals

  • Routinely meet with offsite media platform partners to understand new product offerings, KMN positioning skills, and the RMN industry

  • Partners with KMN Ad Operations to ensure the campaign is executed according to the intended strategy

  • Collaborate with external technology partners and internal activation partners to monitor ad spend and performance of live campaigns to ensure they are pacing optimally

  • Work closely with internal Kohl’s channel partners to ensure KMN tactics align with Kohl’s enterprise strategies

  • Partner with Analytics to establish benchmarks and analyze results to inform the media mix and budget allocation across tactics

  • Initiate Salesforce orders with vendors, manages revisions and makegoods

  • Monitor and optimize onsite sponsored products and display campaigns

  • Maintain and deliver wrap reports and insights to clients

  • Additional tasks may be assigned 

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication as well as organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team effectively with others

  • Detail-oriented in context of a fast-paced environment

  • Process oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload accordingly

  • Digital media experience

  • Experience in retail and/or marketing environment 

  • Experience with Salesforce and/or other retail media technology platforms
