Wild Wing Cafe is seeking an experienced, energetic General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant operation. The General Manager is responsible for bringing the culture of Hot Wings, Cold Beer, and Good Times to life in our restaurants. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops strong teams, delivers an excellent guest experience, and understands how to drive both sales and profitability. The General Manager is responsible for creating a positive and memorable guest dining experience. The General Manager will be accountable for overseeing all day-to-day operations, inventory of supplies and disposable goods, forecasting business levels, front-of-house and back-of-house related responsibilities, and more. The General Manager will be responsible for both the revenue and cost elements of the company's profit and loss statements. He/She will provide collaborative leadership working with our chefs in attracting and retaining top talent and creating a great work environment for staff.

Salary: Up to $80,000 annually + Bonus Potential What You'll Do
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and managers
  • Create a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment
  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience and promptly address guest concerns
  • Manage restaurant sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and other controllable expenses
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels and oversee employee scheduling
  • Ensure food quality, preparation, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment, food safety, health, and alcohol regulations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and product controls
  • Review financial and operational results and take action to improve performance
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, hospitality, and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
  • Previous restaurant General Manager experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful restaurant team
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L management
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to guest service and hospitality
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred
