Our Restaurant Assistant General Manager is a critical member of the operations team. You would be responsible for impacting the assigned areas of responsibility including front-of-house operations, running a shift, local marketing, and sales building, safety, sanitation,cleanliness, and security in accordance with company goals.

• 2-3 or more year’s tenure as a Restaurant Assistant Manager

• Must understand bar cost (beer, liquor, wine) control in a high-volume restaurant operation
