Manager Research Administration jobs involve overseeing and coordinating the administrative aspects of research projects within an organization, such as a university, hospital, or research institute. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential soft skills for managing teams and collaborating with researchers and stakeholders. These competencies ensure research projects remain compliant, well-funded, and efficiently executed in a complex regulatory environment.
