Position: Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel to Client/Infosys Office as Required)

Duration: Long term contract

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa Independent Consultants

Job Summary:

Client is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Functional Consultant to support a strategic Oracle Cloud ERP implementation for Driscoll's. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning (SCP) with hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to implement scalable planning solutions aligned with supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to Supply Chain Planning processes.
  • Lead functional workshops, solution design sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules.
  • Design planning solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Configure planning parameters, planning organizations, collections, and planning options.
  • Support end-to-end implementation activities including CRP, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, and data migration.
  • Work with business users to resolve production issues and optimize planning processes.
  • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing.
  • Provide functional leadership throughout project implementation and hypercare.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of Oracle Supply Chain Planning implementation experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning.
  • Experience implementing one or more of the following:
    • Supply Planning
    • Demand Planning
    • Replenishment Planning
    • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
    • Demand Management
    • Supply Chain Collaboration
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Planning Central
    • Planning Collections
    • Planning Parameters
    • Item, Organization, and Supply Network modeling
    • Forecasting
    • Safety Stock Planning
    • ATP concepts
    • Exception Management
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM functional configurations.
  • Knowledge of Planning Analytics and dashboards.
  • Experience working with Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Order Management modules.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology.
  • Experience with data conversion, FBDI templates, and testing activities.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Food & Beverage, Agriculture, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industries.
  • Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Certification.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodology.
  • Experience working in large enterprise Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
