  • Lead field construction activities for utility-scale battery storage, solar, and other energy infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Oversee project scheduling, documentation, change orders, field reporting, and project closeout.
  • Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project management, engineering, development, and executive leadership teams.
  • Support permitting, constructability reviews, and project planning.

  • Willing and eligible to serve as the company's Qualifying Individual (QI)
  • 5+ years of Construction Superintendent, Construction Manager, Project Manager, or comparable construction leadership experience
  • Strong experience managing subcontractors and multiple construction trades
  • Experience with project scheduling, budgets, documentation, and field execution
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25-30%
Preferred Experience

  • Large-scale infrastructure or EPC projects

The following certifications and experience are also considered strong pluses:

  • OSHA 30

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $150,000-$225,000
  • Annual performance bonus opportunity
  • Additional project milestone bonus opportunities
  • Fully remote work environment when not traveling
  • Company-paid travel
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • HSA contribution
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid parental leave
  • Company-paid disability and life insurance
  • Monthly home office stipend
  • Cell phone reimbursement
  • Generous paid time off
  • Annual company offsite
Before You Apply

Please apply only if you can answer YES to the following questions:

  • Do you personally hold an active Nevada Class B Contractor's License?
