Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their needs and develop customized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to promote healing, manage trauma, anxiety, and depression, and achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, counselors, and medical professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for each client.
• Stay informed on the latest therapeutic techniques and research in social work to enhance the level of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on clients undergoing detoxification and rehabilitation from substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. You will work with diverse populations struggling with addiction, anxiety, and depression, assisting them in navigating their unique recovery journeys. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• An active LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Vermont.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating autonomy in client management.

Preferred Experience
