Additionally, you will work closely with business stakeholders to standardize KPI data definitions, establish primary key relationships between Salesforce objects, and build tables that enable our solar sales business to track customer journey metrics and sales representative productivity effectively. Validation against existing manual reporting processes will also be a crucial aspect of this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing Salesforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to our solar sales business.
  • Creating reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Sigma to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to standardize KPI data definitions and establish clear data analysis objectives.
  • Working with Salesforce objects to define primary key relationships, ensuring data consistency and efficiency.
  • Building tables and structures within Snowflake that allow our solar sales business to track customer journey metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline stages, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Implementing solutions to track sales representative productivity, including metrics such as lead follow-up times, deal closure rates, and revenue generated per representative.
  • Validating new reporting against existing manual reporting processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Providing training and support to users on data-related tools and processes, empowering them to leverage Salesforce data effectively for decision-making.
