Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and develop net-new business opportunities within target industries, microverticals, and geographic markets.
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through outbound prospecting, networking, association engagement, referrals, and strategic campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business challenges, growth objectives, and technology requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Alliance Managers, and executive leadership to develop account strategies and pursuit plans.
  • Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings, demonstrations, workshops, and executive briefings with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Controllers, and Private Equity stakeholders.

  • Support industry-specific go-to-market initiatives, events, webinars, roundtables, and association partnerships.

  • Work closely with Oracle NetSuite sales teams, strategic alliance partners, and referral networks to identify and influence opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline generation, meeting creation, and revenue contribution targets.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of BPC's service offerings, industry solutions, implementation methodologies, and intellectual property.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales development, account management, technology consulting, SaaS, ERP, or professional services sales.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified opportunities and building sales pipeline.
  • Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, cloud software, digital transformation, or technology consulting environments preferred.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above.
