POSITION OVERVIEW - The position is remote in the Midwest(east of Chicago) or Eastern United States. Must currently reside in the United States.
The Sales Executive - Service Sales will play a vital role in supporting EAC's commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions by emphasizing the services that enhance and optimize software deployments. This role centers on identifying opportunities to provide consulting, training, implementation, and support services that drive customer success and maximize the value of their software investments.

    • Work closely with customers to identify service needs related to software deployment, optimization, and ongoing support.

  • Relationship Building and Customer Success
    • Drive meaningful customer engagement within engineering and manufacturing environments by leveraging knowledge of CAD and PLM solutions to align with client workflows, uncover high-impact opportunities, and position services that support design optimization, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by serving as a trusted advisor for their service needs.
    • Actively engage with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and provide customized service solutions.

Education & Professional Background

  • Exposure to CAD and PLM software is strongly preferred
