  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, technology, sustainability, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and best practices across projects.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to senior management and stakeholders.

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior project management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within the engineering, technology, or sustainability sectors.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Prior hands-on experience with construction ERP systems such as Spectrum and/or Trimble
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Commitment to Legence's mission of sustainability and building efficiency.

What We Offer:

  • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
  • A collaborative and innovative work environment that values work-life balance.
  • Involvement in impactful projects that drive meaningful change in the built environment.
