Description

Seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day HR administration and onboarding activities. This individual will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating new hire onboarding, processing HR documentation, supporting compliance initiatives, and assisting with various HR operational projects. The ideal candidate will have prior HR coordination or HR administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and experience working with HR systems and confidential employee data.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and enter information into HRIS systems
  • Prepare and maintain employment documentation, including I-9s, offer-related paperwork, and onboarding records
  • Manage relocation documentation and reimbursement processes
  • Process invoices and payments for contractors, interns, and HR vendors
  • Maintain employee information and records within HR systems
  • Generate employment verification letters and employee documentation
  • Monitor compliance requirements, including I-9 reverifications and contract renewals
  • Support internal and external HR audits
  • Manage inquiries received through the HR shared inbox
  • Assist with HR reporting, process improvement initiatives, and additional HR projects

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination/support and onboarding

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Ypsilanti, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
