Refrigeration Service Technician
Location: Little Rock, AR
Pay: $30-$32/hour
Schedule: Full-Time

We're looking for an experiencedCommercial Refrigeration Service Technicianto service and maintain kitchen equipment like reach-ins/walk-ins, ice machines, and refrigeration units at customer sites. If you're mechanically skilled, customer-focused, and ready to hit the ground running-we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair refrigeration equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team
  • Keep your service vehicle, tools, and paperwork organized
  • Rotate on-call shifts with the team
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration or related military experience. 3+ years of experience preferred
  • Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Bonus: EPA Certification, HVAC/R License, CFESA credentials
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
