In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to inspect, maintain, and repair reefer units while building your skills through structured training and certifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PMs), inspections, and minor repairs with supervision
  • Complete detailed work orders (Complaint, Cause, Correction)
  • Support senior technicians and assist with shop projects
  • Follow company and manufacturer maintenance standards

Training & Growth
  • Hands-on training with experienced technicians
  • Ongoing technical modules and certifications
  • Manufacturer training programs

Qualifications
  • EPA 608/609 Certification preferred
  • Basic mechanical skills or strong aptitude to learn
  • Knowledge of vehicle systems or truck components is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and quality work
