Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to administer, support, and optimize Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Linux-based platforms in enterprise environments.
The role involves platform administration, production support, performance tuning, automation, and ensuring high availability of critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and support Redis (Standalone, Sentinel, Cluster) and Elasticsearch clusters.
• Manage Kafka brokers, topics, partitions, consumer groups, and replication.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, availability, and scalability.
• Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
• Administer Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu), including system tuning and security hardening.
• Automate operational tasks using Shell/Python scripting and infrastructure tools.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and on-call production support.
• Collaborate with application, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
