The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the U.S. regulatory environment for large financial institutions with a focus on recovery and resolution planning, enterprise risk management practices, and complex financial institution organizational structures. The role requires exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills to influence senior executives and drive strategic initiatives across a global organization.

- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to stakeholders regarding recovery and resolution planning requirements and expectations to achieve measurable outcomes in line with regulations, policies and procedures

- Strong working knowledge of US recovery and resolution planning expectations (FRB/FDIC) and how they translate into deliverables, controls, and evidence.
- Solid understanding of capital, liquidity, funding, and legal entity structures, especially under stress

- Confident stakeholder management and influence across functions; comfortable working without direct authority
- Strong program management capability (planning, RAID, governance, action tracking, quality control)
- Analytical judgement, attention to detail, and the confidence to simplify complexity
- Experience supporting US regulatory exams/interactions preferred
