New Season Treatment Centers is a national leader in addiction treatment and recovery services, helping individuals overcome Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), counseling, and comprehensive behavioral healthcare.
We're seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our counseling team, support clinical excellence, and ensure quality patient care at our Grand Junction location.
What You'll Do
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to counselors and clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, CARF, state, and federal regulations
  • Review and approve clinical documentation
  • Support quality assurance, accreditation, and audit readiness
  • Partner with leadership to improve patient outcomes and staff development
  • Participate in community outreach and professional relationship-building
  • Promote a culture of recovery, compassion, and accountability

Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field (Master's preferred)
โ€ข Current CAC-III or LAC in Colorado
