What You'll Do
As an RBT at The Helm ABA, you'll work hands-on with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to build essential skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and support long-term progress. You'll be supported by a collaborative, mentorship-focused team that truly values learning and professional development.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children following individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs
  • Collect and track data to monitor progress and guide treatment decisions
  • Partner with families by coaching them on reinforcing positive behaviors at home
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team to ensure consistency and success
  • Maintain accurate, organized documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities

  • Experience working with children (education, childcare, coaching, or similar roles)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Patience, professionalism, and confidence in managing challenging behaviors
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (no nights or weekends)
