**Job Title:** Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)**Location:** Las Vegas, Nevada, United States**Company:** Aim Higher ABA - LV/IN**About the Role:**We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Aim Higher ABA Therapy in Las Vegas, Nevada. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism learn and thrive through individualized consultation and intervention services.**Responsibilities:*** Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children ages 2-12 with autism, focusing on behavioral goals and outcomes* Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Managers* Collect and record data on client progress, identifying areas of improvement and communicating with team members* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment, adhering to all necessary protocols and procedures* Collaborate with families to ensure a smooth transition of services and provide ongoing support* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills**Requirements:*** Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred* Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (n/a years of experience)* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team**Work Environment:**As a Part-Time RBT, you will work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our clients.
