Job description

Job Title

Required Skills / Experience: 6+ years exp in radiation or EMP protection design related to electrical systems, cabling or microelectronics. Experience hardening systems against EMP or other radiation. Experience in radiation mitigation. BSEE degree.

Duties:

• Execute radiation effects analysis on electronic systems, subsystems, components as related to nuclear threats

• Study radiation effects on electronics from both single event upsets and total ionizing dose

• Support environmental qualification compliance and testing

• Develops Test Procedures and Performs Functional Testing on electronic hardware for radiation testing

• Evaluate uncertainty and risks associated with requirements and designs
