What You'll Do:

  • 30% Office Time: Business analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and planning.

  • 70% Restaurant Time: Structured visits focused on coaching, development, and operational excellence.

  • Sales forecasting and labor optimization.

  • Interviewing, hiring, and staff scheduling.
