Position: Assistant General Manager
Location: In person required: Various Las Vegas Locations
Shift: Open, Swing, Closing, Weekends, Holidays (Mandatory)
Starting Salary: $60,000 - $72,500 per year depending on experience
Expected Hours: 45- 55 per week
Supervisory: Reports to General Manager

Position Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic, hands-on Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The AGM partners closely with the General Manager to drive performance, uphold brand standards, and cultivate a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate staff; foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing sales to meet revenue goals.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure consistent, high-quality service and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Event & Promotion Coordination: Track and capitalize on local events to align operations and drive traffic.
  • Inventory & Vendor Relations: Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support audits.
  • Leadership Support: Act as acting GM when needed; contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with POS (Toast, R365, & Open Table strongly preferred) systems and basic financial reporting
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Adaptable and capable of working in high-impact environment
  • Degree in hospitality preferred
  • Strong understanding of health regulations and ability to enforce cleanliness standards.
  • Required certifications: ServSafe Managers and ServSafe Alcohol
