Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Repairs and General Maintenance
    Respond, diagnose and repair a variety of equipment and systems within the physical plant, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, pools, and life safety systems. Perform tasks such as preventative maintenance, painting, drywall repair, and mechanical maintenance.  Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance tasks, streamline workflows, and ensure proper documentation and reporting is a plus.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Safety:
    Familiar with compliance with all relevant Federal, State, and Local regulations, including certifications (e.g., HVAC, pool operations, electrical).  Familiar with safety procedures, including basic emergency protocols.
  • Customer Service:
     Understand the importance of addressing guest issues related to engineering promptly and efficiently, while maintaining high service standards and respond effectively to service requests or emergencies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education & Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 4+ years of engineering and maintenance experience, with technical training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems.
  • Licenses & Certifications:
    • Valid driver’s license.
  • Physical Requirements:
    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push, pull, and carry objects, and stand for extended periods.
