Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Coopersville seeking Quality Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Lead and manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and manufacturing processes.
  • Manage supplier quality performance and conduct supplier quality audits.
  • Ensure products meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor quality control and assurance personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems, including implementation and auditing.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing quality teams.
