The Opportunity

BYREDO is seeking a passionate Selling Supervisor to support the daily operations of the South Coast Plaza boutique while ensuring every client experiences exceptional luxury service. As a leader on the sales floor and a trusted partner to boutique management, you will drive selling excellence, support team performance, oversee keyholder responsibilities, and elevate the client experience at every touchpoint. Acting as the leader in the absence of management, the Selling Supervisor upholds service excellence, executes operational priorities, and inspires the team to achieve sales goals through storytelling, product expertise, and meaningful client 

What you'll get to do

Client Experience & Service

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a seamless, personalized luxury journey from arrival to departure
  • Model best-in-class luxury service behaviors while providing real-time coaching that empowers the team to consistently deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Anticipate client needs, resolve concerns with confidence, and cultivate lasting relationships by recognizing individual preferences and delivering personalized service across every interaction
  • Support an omnichannel client experience by leveraging clienteling tools and maintaining consistent follow-up before, during, and after each purchase

Sales & Performance

  • Master and model the BYREDO selling ceremony, confidently guiding clients through the collection to maximize sales, cross-selling, and product discovery opportunities
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to identify trends, drive performance, and partner with management on strategies that achieve boutique goals and business objectives
  • Build and maintain a strong personal client book through proactive outreach, personalized recommendations, appointment selling, and CRM tools that foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Inspire a performance-driven culture by leading through example and celebrating individual and team successes

Leadership & Team Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during management absences, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistently elevated client experience
  • Drive on-floor sales performance through real-time coaching, motivation, and ongoing support for Client Advisors
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and continued development by reinforcing luxury service standards, product expertise, selling behaviors, and BYREDO brand values
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment that encourages accountability, engagement, and continuous learning

Operations & Standards

  • Execute all opening and closing procedures, including securing the boutique, managing cash deposits, and fulfilling keyholder responsibilities
  • Partner with management to maintain inventory accuracy, support replenishment, and uphold proactive loss prevention practices
  • Curate and maintain visual merchandising displays that reflect BYREDO's global standards while delivering an elevated and inspiring boutique environment
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining merchandising, stock organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures
We'd love to meet you if you have

   2+ years of experience in a luxury retail or premium client-facing environment
   Strong experience in retail operations, clienteling, sales performance, and luxury service
   Demonstrated ability to drive sales results while delivering a highly personalized, client-first experience
   Experience coaching or mentoring others in a retail environment is preferred
   Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven luxury retail environment
   Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation Data

As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $25.00-$29.00 per hour. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure. In addition to the base salary, PUIG offers a competitive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K, paid holidays, a generous paid time-off policy, hybrid work environment, and career opportunities within a dynamic team.
