Technical Project Manager


Seattle, WA (Hybrid)


Experience with managing technical projects, and can do so following agile, waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies

Process minded / linear thinker

Exhibits an eagerness to jump in, learn, drive and support

Is engaged and delivers on time

Experience with standard project management deliverables, i.e: Project Plans, Project Status, Charters, RACIโ€™s, Risk Tracking and Mitigation Planning, etc

Critical: Is able and wiling to understand and adopt our defined operating model, deliverables and approvals required within each stage of the project

Experienced in gathering and documenting use cases, user stories, requirements

Organized with strong ability to manage more than one project and/or project teams

Ability to track and manage project tasks through a task management solution: examples - Wrike/ Radar

Strong communications skills: verbal, interpersonal and written

Exhibits strong ability to connect with team members, connect the dots, and anticipate the need when it comes to project and project team management

Has the confidence to make decisions, but also can see around corners, understands when to proceed with caution - and escalates or seeks guidance as needed

When escalating for support in making a decision, comes prepared with a well thought out recommendation and supporting justification

Strong documentation and document management skills

Strong facilitation and meeting management capabilities with ability to generate agendas, hold team to agendas and deliver meeting notes in a timely and accurate manner

Able to set a cadence for project work and hold the project team to deliverables within that cadence

Focused on continuous improvement to drive efficiency within the PM Space
