Job description

COMPANY: Total Networks, Incorporated seeks a Senior Level Project Manager with exceptional acumen and experience in project management, along with outstanding communication, organization, and technical writing skills, to manage multiple projects and assist in the development of our client's project management office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a project consultant for technology focused projects in the role of project manager, project management advisor, implementation specialist, or other system specialist roles as requested by the client's management.

• Partner with internal business owners, technical team members, and senior management throughout the project/program life cycle to assist and support the design, development, and implementation of effective systems and enhancements.

• Act as the intermediary to facilitate a clear understanding among all parties about business assumptions and strategic objectives.

• Work closely with the client's staff to establish, revise, and maintain standards and procedures while implementing system projects.

• Work with clients to foster best business practices, the appropriate use of automation to provide efficient, cost-effective administrative systems and a continual process improvement approach to client systems.

• Assist where necessary with business process redesign to take advantage of the efficiencies offered by automation.

• Research, recommend and write processes, procedures, and policies to meet FISMA standards.

• Articulates the program’s strategy and objectives and assess how it will impact an organization.

• Defines and oversees a list of dependent projects needed to reach the program’s overall goals.

• Execute, track, and report on project activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Core work hours: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (40 hours per week).
