The Project Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Client Communication:

  • Maintain regular communication with client's key stake holders to ensure project requirements are met.

Scheduling:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.

Budget Management:

  • Create, Monitor and control project budgets.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources and manage project teams, in budget.

Quality Control:

  • Track orders ETA and prepare shop or site team for them
  • Maintain schedule up-to-date and ensure compliance
  • Review monthly financial reports and flag any potential issues
  • Review Vehicle weekly report
  • Strong lead on PM and fabrication meetings
  • Update Procore monthly
  • Request and submit all documentation needed for projects
  • Approve CO's
  • Award vendors and subcontractors
  • Be present for water tests
  • Create solutions for jobsite or project challenges
  • Create lessons learned report
  • Prepare for jobsite mobilizations, including equipment needed
  • Ensure new hires are receiving tech package, and mobilization items
  • Prepare for meetings, including handover
  • Assist Estimating dept
  • Review project daily logs
  • Review all installation manuals before mobilization
  • Create Door Order Forms
  • Review Submittal responses and update all teams accordingly
