Overview of Job Duties:

  • Define the scope of the project, establish project goals, and develop a comprehensive project plan.
  • Identify and manage project risks, including developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate the work of team members and vendors, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and changes.
  • Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and track expenses to ensure cost control.
  • Ensure that the project is completed to the required quality standards and meets all project deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
