Job Overview

This roleis responsible forleading and delivering complex real estate, facilities, and infrastructure projects that support DePuy Synthes' business operations. The Manager, ProjectManagerplays a critical role in ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with corporate, regulatory, and safety standards. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, andcrossfunctionalteams to translate business needs intowellplanned,highqualityproject outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadendtoendproject management for real estate, facilities, and corporate operations initiatives, from concept throughcloseout.

  • Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

  • Coordinatecrossfunctionalstakeholders, including E&PS, Finance, Procurement, EH&S, IT, and business leaders, to ensure alignment andtimelydecisionmaking.

  • Manage external consultants, contractors, and service providers to ensure performance, quality, and contractual compliance.

  • Ensure projectscomply withapplicable regulations, building codes, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Track project performance, report status to leadership, and proactively address issues and changes.

  • Support continuous improvement by applying projectmanagementbest practices, lessons learned, and standard processes.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, ora relatedfield (required).

  • Master's degree or MBA (preferred).

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Minimum of 6-8 yearsof progressive project management experience supporting facilities, real estate, or corporate operations projects.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

  • Proven ability to leadcrossfunctionalteams and influence without direct authority.

  • Experience working with external vendors, contractors, and professional service firms.

Preferred:

  • Experience within a regulated environment such as healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.

  • Familiarity with corporate real estate, facilities management, or capital project delivery.

  • Experience supporting global ormultisiteproject portfolios.
