The Manufacturing Project Manager will lead a variety of concurrent projects at our manufacturing plant, overseeing small cross-functional teams to deliver results aligned with business goals. Reporting to the Engineering Director, this role focuses on driving project efficiency, adherence to budgets, and continuous process improvements while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan projects and allocate resources effectively
  • Manage project budgets and control costs
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
  • Maintain schedules to ensure timely project completion
  • Lead and coordinate small cross-functional teams
  • Implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing operations
  • Monitor compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing project management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
