Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, PMO to drive project management best practices, governance, and portfolio management across the organization. This role will implement process improvements, support project prioritization and execution, manage stakeholder communication and risk mitigation, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can provide guidance to project teams, champion continuous improvement, and step in to support project management activities as needed. Experience managing digital, website, and social media projects for pharmaceutical clients (DTC or HCP) in an agency is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing, updating and maintaining project management processes and best practices based on business needs
  • Providing guidance and support for all project management activities within the organization
  • Maintaining a project portfolio management process to select, prioritize, and manage the execution of projects
  • Interacting with project stakeholders and managing stakeholder communication
  • Overseeing project risk management and developing strategies to manage and mitigate risks
  • Providing project management training and mentoring to project managers and team members
  • Conducting project reviews to assess outcomes of projects, identifying lessons learned, and making recommendations for future projects
  • Supporting day-to-day project management if needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required  
  • Demonstrates progression in level of responsibility within a professional project management environment  
  • Agency or digital project experience preferred  
  • Experience managing digital, website, and social media projects for pharmaceutical clients (DTC or HCP) in an agency preferred
  • Highly organized with forward thinking.

 Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $107,835.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
