Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end execution and ownership of complex, cross-channel initiatives. This role goes beyond coordination - the PM is accountable for project health, risk mitigation, and delivery outcomes.
The PM leads day-to-day momentum across integrated teams (Strategy, Media, Creative, and Investment), ensuring work is delivered on time, with quality, and with clear accountability. They proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and implement scalable processes that improve team velocity.
This role requires a highly proactive operator who is comfortable owning ambiguity, pushing work forward, and leveraging tools and technology (including AI) to enhance delivery and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Own project delivery end-to-end across multiple workstreams
Accountable for timelines, milestones, and delivery outcomes
Identify risks early and define mitigation plans
Escalate issues clearly and prevent delivery impacts
Drive accountability across cross-functional teams
Define owners, deliverables, and deadlines
Build and maintain detailed project plans in Smartsheet
Use tools as a system of record for tracking and reporting
Leverage AI to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Lead status reporting with clear, concise updates
Continuously improve processes and ways of working
Qualifications
3-5 years of project management experience
