Role Overview
These positions support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of construction projects. Depending on the role and level of experience, responsibilities may include project planning, documentation management, scheduling, reporting, procurement coordination, and communication with project teams and clients.
Our project teams work closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
Typical Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting construction project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Preparing or managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Maintaining project documentation, reports, and job files
  • Assisting with project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
  • Coordinating with project managers, field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Assisting with procurement, equipment, and material coordination
  • Supporting project meetings and project closeout activities
  • Promoting and participating in company safety programs and compliance requirements

Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in construction, project coordination, project engineering, or project management preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
  • Experience with construction software such as P6, Bid2Win, SharePoint, Rhumbix, Dynamics, or similar systems is helpful

Work Environment
  • Combination of office and job-site environments
  • Field work may involve exposure to weather, noise, dust, and other construction conditions
  • Appropriate PPE may be required when visiting job sites

Range: $60,500 - $125,000
These positions are eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
