Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead VMware infrastructure and cloud transformation projects. The role involves managing project delivery, stakeholder communication, governance, risk management, SLA compliance, and coordination between customers, architects, engineers, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of VMware projects and services.
  • Drive project planning, scheduling, governance, and reporting.
  • Manage risks, issues, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and service quality.
  • Coordinate VMware engineers, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Support transition from implementation to operations.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of Project/Service Delivery Management experience.
  • PMP Certification (Mandatory).
  • Experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, VCF, NSX, Horizon, Workspace ONE).
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, and customer management skills.
