Your Role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the PMA project team and collaborate with the client and project teams through a successful process of strategic real estate planning, design, and construction of new buildings, tenant improvement buildouts, and facilities assignments. Some of the ways you will support our projects:

โ€ข You have 3+ years of project management experience within the healthcare sector
.โ€ข You assist with the development and completion of project-specific tasks as required to meet or exceed the expectations of the client and fulfill contractual obligations
โ€ข You support the planning and analysis of conceptual design issues and pre-construction activities
โ€ข You coordinate and review architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents
โ€ข You effectively review, understand, and enforce contractual requirements for design and construction professionals and assist project management staff in generating contracts and addenda
โ€ข You understand the building permit process and support the design and construction professionals in securing the permit
โ€ข You effectively meet with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants to review the project status and resolve issues
โ€ข You responsibly maintain and follow up on the project open item list
โ€ข You direct and/or document project meetings
โ€ข You review and analyze potential changes to the budget or schedule
โ€ข You monitor construction budget and schedule, including updating and maintaining web-based project controls
โ€ข You actively observe and report on the construction process and construction and safety-related issues (field reports, job walks, etc.)

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$110,000k annually; the base pay offered may vary depending on location, experience, skills, relevant education, and training.
