Job Description Summary:
The Senior Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) supports the execution of a complex portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, Project Management Office, this role is responsible for ensuring disciplined delivery, governance, and performance tracking across multiple programs aligned to Core Technology priorities.
Operating across Core Technology pillars-Finance Technology, TISC Technology, Infrastructure & Operations, and Shared Platforms-this role enables consistent program execution, coordination, and transparency. The Senior Manager will work closely with program leaders, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans and ensure alignment with enterprise transformation goals.
This role combines hands-on program delivery leadership with strong portfolio coordination capabilities, helping accelerate the adoption of modern delivery practices while maintaining strong governance, risk management, and performance oversight.
Key responsibilities
  • Support the execution of the Core Technology portfolio by managing multiple programs and initiatives across Finance Technology, TISC Technology, Infrastructure & Operations, and Shared Platforms

  • Lead program planning activities, including defining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements in alignment with strategic priorities

  • Drive adherence to PMO governance standards, ensuring consistency in program delivery, reporting, and execution practices

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across technology and business teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, dependencies, and deliverables

  • Monitor program performance, tracking progress against milestones, budgets, and key performance indicators to ensure successful outcomes

  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives

  • Develop and maintain consolidated portfolio reporting, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making by senior leadership

  • Partner with Finance, Digital, and business stakeholders to support value tracking and benefits realization for technology investments

  • Enable the adoption of agile and hybrid delivery approaches, improving speed, adaptability, and collaboration across teams

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and capabilities to support scalable and efficient delivery

Qualifications & experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management within technology, digital, or transformation environments

  • Experience managing medium-to-large scale programs across enterprise technology domains such as infrastructure, enterprise platforms, or business systems

  • Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, and performance tracking within complex delivery environments

  • Demonstrated experience working in global, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

  • Experience supporting financial oversight, including budget tracking and value realization for technology initiatives

  • Familiarity with agile, hybrid, or product-centric delivery methodologies

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams

  • High level of data literacy, with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to support delivery improvements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
