FocusPoint is seeking a Project Manager to support multiple moderately complex initiatives within a large, structured enterprise environment. This role is onsite at a Nashville‑area campus and is ideal for a PM who thrives in a methodology‑driven setting, excels at stakeholder communication, and consistently delivers high‑quality project outcomes.

The Project Manager II serves as a single point of accountability for assigned projects, ensuring disciplined execution, proactive risk/issue management, and clear communication across business and technical stakeholders. This role supports both existing initiatives and newly assigned projects, with strict adherence to established project controls and delivery standards.

• Organize project activities into clear, manageable workstreams aligned to the project plan.

• Develop and facilitate core project documentation: charters, scope statements, project plans, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.

• Maintain and communicate a well‑defined project scope; motivate and guide team members toward successful execution.

• Build and manage productive relationships with business owners and cross‑functional contributors.

• Proactively identify, track, and resolve risks and issues.

• Monitor project progress and report status within required timelines.

• Drive deliverable quality, change management activities, and decision‑making processes.

• Coach team members on task clarity, milestones, and expectations.

• Support creation of toolkits and implementation materials when needed.

• Ensure project outcomes meet defined requirements and success criteria.

• Strong diplomacy, conflict management, negotiation, and emotional intelligence.

• Ability to motivate teams, navigate ambiguity, and facilitate effective meetings.

• Prioritizes effectively, manages multiple concurrent efforts, and maintains attention to detail.

• Understands resource planning, role definition, and cross‑departmental coordination.

• Applies analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and structured decision frameworks.

• Builds trust, collaborates across functions, and adapts communication to diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency or willingness to learn:

• Microsoft Office Suite (OneNote, OneDrive, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint including Office Timeline).

• Online collaboration platforms (WebEx or similar).

• Project management and scheduling tools (Microsoft Project or comparable tools).

• Agile scheduling tools a plus.

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of project management experience.

• Experience in healthcare, hospital operations, supply chain, workforce management, financial services, or technical/systems environments is beneficial.

• Experience within large, structured enterprise environments is strongly preferred.

Preferred Certifications

• CAPM or PMP (preferred, not required).

• LEAN or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
