FocusPoint is seeking a Project Manager to support multiple moderately complex initiatives within a large, structured enterprise environment. This role is onsite at a Nashville‑area campus and is ideal for a PM who thrives in a methodology‑driven setting, excels at stakeholder communication, and consistently delivers high‑quality project outcomes.

Role Overview

The Project Manager II serves as a single point of accountability for assigned projects, ensuring disciplined execution, proactive risk/issue management, and clear communication across business and technical stakeholders. This role supports both existing initiatives and newly assigned projects, with strict adherence to established project controls and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize project activities into clear, manageable workstreams aligned to the project plan.

  • Develop and facilitate core project documentation: charters, scope statements, project plans, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.

  • Maintain and communicate a well‑defined project scope; motivate and guide team members toward successful execution.

  • Build and manage productive relationships with business owners and cross‑functional contributors.
