Kiewit Nuclear Solution is seeking an experienced Project Controls leader with 10-15+ years of experience managing multidiscipline project controls teams across multiple project sites, including project controls engineers, schedulers, cost analysts, and Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) planners. This person will be responsible for ensuring compliance with certified Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), integrating cost and schedule performance, analyzing project risks, and providing actionable recommendations to maintain project objectives. Leads forecasting, budget tracking, cost management, labor productivity analysis, schedule development, critical path analysis, change management, and project reporting. Serves as a mentor to junior project controls professionals while supporting project teams with financial performance, schedule impacts, and client reporting.

This position is located in: Aiken, SC or Knoxville/Oak RIdge, TN. 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field (relevant experience may substitute for degree).
  • 10+ years of project controls experience, preferably in Nuclear, DOE, or large EPC projects.
  • Previous experience managing project controls teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling and scheduling fundamentals.
  • Experience with cost control, forecasting, change management, critical path analysis, and time impact analysis.
  • Proficient with Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and perform under pressure.
  • U.S. Citizenship required to obtain facility-specific security clearance.
