Job description

About the role:

We are looking for a qualified Senior Project Controls and Scheduler to support the Engineering and Construction Division. You will work with Project Originators, Developers, Early-Stage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Construction Managers to support the development, engineering, and construction of a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, and progress tracking of project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Manage and guide scheduling teams, ensuring coordination across versatile project partners.
  • Present monthly project reports, including comparisons of baseline schedules to actual progress.
  • Perform planning method (CPM) analysis, resource and cost loading, and manpower analysis.
  • Evaluate schedule updates, identify impacts, and support development of recovery plans.
  • Facilitate schedule review meetings and ensure understanding of project scope, constraints, and priorities.
  • Provide clear reporting of project status, variances, and risks to leadership.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance scheduling accuracy and project execution.
  • Support projects throughout their full lifecycle, from development through construction and closeout.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
