Job description

Responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the construction project.
Assists the project management and accounting departments in the following areas:
  • Maintain accurate, organized project files.
  • Enter project budgets.
  • Process and track contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
  • Process subcontract invoices.
  • Process owner billings.
  • Quick and appropriate response to issues that may arise.
  • Collect and track all compliance documents.
  • Timely project closeout

Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum of (2) years' experience in a construction administration, project coordination, or related field.
