Job Description One of our clients is hiring for a Senior Accountant in Atlanta, GA. This role will report to the Controller and support the overall real estate accounting platform with ownership of property-level accounting for a portfolio of real estate assets. The Senior Accountant will partner closely with property management to ensure accurate reporting and efficient property operations.

This position offers broad exposure across financial reporting, accruals, and capital project accounting. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly property financial statements, reporting packages, and bank reconciliations. Record and analyze monthly accruals, cash applications, insurance, tax, utility, and debt-related schedules.

Manage recovery reconciliations, billing setup, billbacks, and capital project accounting. Partner with property managers and support the annual budgeting process as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

3+ years of accounting or finance experience; Must have real estate. Experience with Yardi Voyager and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
