Job Description
Are you a curious, driven problem-solver who loves turning ideas into experiences that customers love? If you're ready to make your mark at one of the fastest-growing apparel brands in the country, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll get to do:
  • Feature Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of eCommerce features-leading sprint execution, maintaining backlog hygiene, and partnering closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality, on-time releases.
  • Roadmap Contribution: Collaborate with senior Product Managers to inform and refine the product roadmap, contributing research, competitive insights, and customer feedback to help shape prioritization decisions.
  • Requirements & Documentation: Write clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature briefs that give Design and Engineering the context they need to build with confidence and minimal back-and-forth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across Design, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and success criteria-serving as a reliable connector across your squad.
  • Metrics Ownership: Define and own feature-level KPIs; monitor post-launch performance and surface data-driven recommendations to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates on feature status, tradeoffs, and outcomes, building trust and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
  • eCommerce Platform Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Vuori's digital ecosystem and tools, identifying opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and elevate the end-to-end customer journey.

Qualifications
Who you are:
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related digital/eCommerce role.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting product or feature metrics to inform decisions.
  • Ability to navigate moderate ambiguity and stay organized while managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across Design and Engineering teams to deliver features on time and within scope.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital technologies is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
